Returns

This kit can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all hardware. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, and the customer pays return shipping. If the kit ships from the manufacturer, the restocking fee can be up to 25%. Photos of the kit, packaging, and hardware are required before a return is approved, and the return must ship within 7 days of approval.

Custom spring rates, custom valving, and any customized kit are final sale. A kit that has been installed or test-fit cannot be returned. Canceling before the kit ships has a 5% fee. If the wrong part is shipped or the kit arrives defective, those fees are waived.
