Photos of the kit, packaging, and hardware are required before a return is approved, and the return must ship within 7 days of approval.
Custom spring rates, custom valving, and any customized kit are final sale. A kit that has been installed or test-fit cannot be returned. Canceling before the kit ships has a 5% fee. If the wrong part is shipped or the kit arrives defective, those fees are waived.
